Your employee was very pleasant and professional. He gave us some very good advice on several matters. He performed well.

We use Godby a lot — mostly for heating/air maintenance , and periodically for plumbing when needed. Their service, friendliness, attention to detail, and skills are outstanding.

Tino went above and beyond to install an outlet in our laundry closet. Our building’s wiring is not the easiest to figure out, but he did an excellent job. The folks in the office were very nice, and they sent us texts and called to let us know who was coming and when.

Excellent service. A competing company told me a repair would
need new parts and cost $3500. Adam diagnosed the issue and corrected it for a nominal service charge. Stephanie in scheduling was also excellent, prompt, and accessible.

Tyree and Chris were awesome! Explained everything they were doing. Professional and friendly. We will be using Godby again!!

Be advised they charge a hefty fee for coming out and giving an estimate - mine was $375 - just for them to tell me how much they'll charge me to fix the problem. Don't worry about calling the office to see if any of the fee could be waived - they won't - "they've always done it that way".

We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. They installed our heating and air conditioning systems and maintain them semi-annually, and they have also solved plumbing issues for us and given us excellent advice and recommendations when the issue is better solved by another company. They text a photo and info about the service member on his or her way to the house, and the service member calls us to tell us as well. There is even a map tracking feature so that we can see how far away the person is and how much time we have until he or she arrives. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there is a personal touch to doing business with them that we really appreciate, from both the service members who come to the house and from Stephanie, the friendly receptionist.

Deb and I have had many contractors in our home over the past 2 years and I have to say that by far Godby has been the best. From the initial phone call to set up an estimate appointment to the final installation. Duwayne was great, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and explained everything very well and on layman's level. He was patient and had no problem revising our quote 3 times until we were happy with what we wanted. Your installers, Joe and Adam are awesome!!! They were here early and asked me several questions of how I wanted certain things and then did exactly as I requested.
We look forward to our ongoing relationship and you now will even get any plumbing business we need.

Great attitude and work ethic by John, Kenny and Dan. My furnace bit the dust (during a cold snap) and they saw to installing a new, more efficient one! Godby is a trustworthy company! Been dealing with them 40ish years. 😊
