Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning

My a/c quit during the hottest day of the year. They came out and gave me an estimate the next day. I know they were backed up, but they made room and scheduled me for install 2 days later. If I could give this review a title, it would say "Life Savers." Friendly, professional and affordable.

Simply awesome service! Had a brand new furnace installed by Censtible! Brandon and Russ showed up on time (masked and professional). They were so nice , accommodating, and helpful. I think they asked us 4 or 5 times if we had any questions at all. They were informative and worked so quick and clean. We are thrilled with the work and the service and the price! We shopped around and we are so grateful that we went with Censible! Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience! They were very professional and sensitive to the pandemic. They did a great job and had the air conditioner installed very quickly. Their price was better than another company that gave me an estimate for the same exact unit. Great people to work with!

Brandon and Russ was very good and great professionalism. Very understanding. The price we paid to get a new furnace with the labor was very very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was great and they came out so fast. We didn’t have to wait days or weeks which was great. They were willing to work with us. They explained how to use everything including misc things such as the upkeeping and etc. I would definitely recommend this company hands down!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company. My AC unit went out last week and I called Centsible for a quote. They scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning, and then after I accepted the quote, came back later that afternoon to install the new unit. Dean, the salesman/owner was super friendly and knowledgeable, and aside from giving me the quote, gave me several tips for improving energy efficiency in my home. The installation crew (Brandon and his helper) were professional and respectful, and installed everything in the matter of a couple of hours. I went from not having AC on Wednesday, to having a brand new unit and a cool house on Thursday night. Service like that is hard to come by. Thanks for a great experience.

Put your concerns at bay when it comes to hiring this company. Here’s a bit of wisdom. The owner asked me the size of my home, if we’ve had insulation installed etc to give us a few option to choose from.

Once the team came in, I had a huge old gravity furnace, the gentlemen took ALL of the pieces out from the old furnace and installed the new one. That same day I had central air installed. They ran the electrical and updated our thermostat. Now here’s why I love them. They noticed our floor drain wasn’t draining properly. They took it upon themselves to run a line to my sink, with a pump, to drain the condensation all without my input...they just did it. And they cleaned the water up that was previously there when they saw it wasn’t draining properly.
