    Rob was very professional and polite. He even took out the time to wait for me to get home from work. He was able to come earlier than the appointed time. He installed the thermostat rather quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend their services. And I will continue to use them for future services. Thank you.

    Corey the technician was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. I had him inspect my air conditioner and he did a very thorough job. No pushy sales either. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. Excellent

    We had issue with our A coil freezing up. Corey came by did a thorough examination. He found that we were quite a bit low on Freon. He was very informative what he was doing and the necessary steps what it would take to fix it. I wish all repair guys and gals had the same attitude, professionalism and pride for what he does. It’s unfortunate that so many don’t these days in whatever job they r doing don’t. He is definitely a keeper to your company.

    Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning was able to get my AC unit repaired and operational while being professional on the job. Giving 4/5 Stars due to the fact I received both email and text reminders saying the AC Tech would arrive between 12-2 pm. I called in at ~2:30 to see what was going on. and then was made aware that my appointment in there system was set for between 12-4 pm, but I was never made aware of this till I reached out to them after the timeslot I was given had fully expired. The teach arrived at 3 pm and was very professional all the way through the ac repair. Just wish the communication prior to the appointment was better.

    The communication was very good, the service tech was personable and professional, however a $1300 dollar "Flat Rate" to charge an R22 system with a couple pounds of refrigerant is insane! Whatever happened to making a fair profit for a simple service call? R22 is expensive, I get that, but not $1300 expensive. I pity consumers that don't know any better....

    My central air stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called earl's and they were able to get someone to my house Saturday morning. Incredibly nice woman that answered the phone and helped me with the appointment. They showed up on Saturday morning as they said and fixed the problem. I was glad it didn't cost a small fortune since it was a Saturday. I will definitely use them in the future.

    Rob Rypstra was our tech. Was just the yearly maintenance. He found small issues and fixed them. Saw a problem that might would come up further down the road and told us what would need to be done to fix it. Quoted a price. Just had him do it now. Why wait til it breaks. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Rob.
