    Centsible replaced the furnace at our previous residence in 2011. When we purchased our new house there wasn't any question who we were going to call. They have very reasonable and competitive prices. Their employees showed up on time and were very polite and professional.

    I received yesterday your call and voice mail on my private cell phone, which I didn't like very much, with Ms. Susie inquiring , if I heard it correctly, about why I rated you the way I did.

    As if call itself wasn't a bit unusual, you go further here with your answer.

    How do you know why I gave three stars?
    You presume a lot.

    It wasn't for scheduling at all.
    That part was ok. It was understandable that you were busy. I found another company, and fixed the problem.

    It was for not returning a call as promised, and I waited on a very hot day to be called from your office as I was told by your employee the day before . She herself told me she would call me next day, when she expected to have more info for me about scheduling .

    She didn't call, no message too, as the two of us agreed!!
    I was shocked and surprised with such unprofessional behavior, especially because I believed her work, based on the kindness on the day before... I waited all day, hoping she would call, and that she was just busy... but since another day was passing with unresolved situation , and I potentially had a big problem ahead, facing extremely hot days coming without A/C, I had to call HER at the end of your work day, when it was clear she wouldn't be calling me..

    Then another disappointment - she needed a couple of seconds to remember me.. without no excuse for failing a promised call back.😟She completely forgot about that,it was obvious!

    Also, that next day she sad I needed service call, not cleaning and tuning, or whatever you call that type of work..
    She did not tell me that, the first day.. ,although I clearly said the day before, that A/C unit probably needed freon, as this problem happened before- so I knew what was going on.
    So she didn't even now what type of job was in question, although day before she insisted it was cleaning and tuning.

    I had to hurry ( as I lost all day in vain, waiting for her response) to find some other company to repair , cause even one day without air-conditioning is horrible on extremely hot days

    So even though your company at this time didn't do any type of work for me, there were other issues I wasn't satisfied with as a customer.

    Of course, I really do not doubt that your tech work is superb, cause some years ago your technician did a great job for my household.

    I'll probably be your customer in the future..
    And I hope your office work will improve to the level of your tech work.

    I called Centsible this morning at 8:00 because I had no heat. They returned my call at 8:30. A technician came out at 9:00 and fixed my furnace the same day. Exceptional service!!!

    I had a long day ahead the next day and it was blazing hot outside, the temp was cresting 90 degrees. As a dog lover, I always feel bad about having to leave my pups for so long, but knew they were safe and sound at home in the air conditioning. That is, until the A/C started grinding outside in the middle of the heat wave. Dean was working on a neighbor’s unit outside at the time, and I rushed out in a panic asking if he could hear the noise. He did, and said he would see what’s wrong with it when he was done. Dean knocked a half hour later, walked around to the A/C unit, popped off the panel, and fixed it. Just like that, 10 minutes, over and done. I can’t remember the last time a service tech was so efficient or, frankly, such a godsend. He told me how to maintain the unit, took down my information, and set up the invoice back at the shop. No hassles, no excuses, no headache. I went in to the shop and introduced myself, you couldn’t meet a friendlier staff and you couldn’t ask for a better business to call when something at home goes down for the count!

    Wonderful company very efficient and quick. Had a new AC added to our home this past May and it works fantastic. Russ was awesome in getting the AC in quickly. They cleaned up after they finished which was even better.

    These folks are the best because you can TRUST them. I tried another local HVAC company and the numbers came back, what seemed to be, high. Called my Dad. He has had a lot of good work done by them at a fair rate. No kidding; they saved me thousands of dollars. I am now a life long client. Fair and honest people doing good work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
