Very professional and courteous staff. The young man that came to service my furnace, Mike, was very courteous and pleasurable young man. He shared tips with me and how to better keep my furnace in working order. This is the third transaction I have had with this company and every single time they have been punctual, courteous and informative. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After getting recommendations from a couple friends who used them in the past for service, I called them when I needed a furnace AC combo install. Dean came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. I gave them the job and the two service techs Russ & Brandon showed up and went to work. They showed up on time, was very professional and being in the heating field myself I could tell they take pride in their work. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to all of you looking for service but reading the reviews first , just like I did. July 2020 my 30 yr old Carrier AC finally quit. I called Centsible and asked Dan to install the unit they estimated a few months earlier. Two days later we had great AC. Professional and fast... just how I like my vendors. Recommend them for information and an estimate. Clean install.

What an amazing family owned business! My mom, who is 90 years young, furnace stopped working today. I called and they said they could come tomorrow, but she would check and see what they could do. She called back and said they would come today! My mom was so very impressed with the service and friendliness. They definitely went over and above to take care of my mom 😀

They came out on a holiday weekend in almost 90° weather to service my AC unit in my attic. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts in their service truck to fix it. Dean was courteous, professional, and very informative in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.
