Marshall Mechanical

Aaron Heis came and analyzed our furnace problem. He was very personable and professional. I like the fact he didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I definitely plan to use Marshall mechanical for future needs.

I have been using Marshall Mechanical to service my Climate Master Geothermal unit for several years. In July 2015, Marshall Mechanical replaced my Climate Master Geothermal with a new Climate Master. The original Climate Master had expired after 13 years of faithful service. The new unit installed by Marshall Mechanical fit right in the existing spot. The guys did a nice job installing the new unit. Very neat and efficient with 1 day to remove the old unit, carry it away and then install the new unit. Between July 2015 and December 2019, the NEW unit shut itself down 10 times. It didn’t matter if it was summer or winter. Each time these shutdowns required Marshall Mechanical to send out a technician for service to replace or modify a circuit board or replace a compressor or just reset something. The last shutdown was the final straw for owner Erik Marshall . He corrected the Climate Master situation by installing a new geothermal unit manufactured by Water Furnace. The total cost was born by Marshall Mechanical. During the 5 years of frequent problems, Climate Master was big on promises to deliver a final solution but did, from my perspective, very little to remedy the basic problem. Marshall Mechanical stood behind the Climate Master product delivering quality service and tried to correct the situation as supported by Climate Master. The installation of the Water Furnace was a 1 day job as before. The crew was friendly, neat, and professional. Marshall Mechanical is a contractor who will go the distance required for customer satisfaction. I would recommend them for HVAC needs without hesitation or reservation.

They installed a new gas water heater for us. Not an easy job considering the location of the heater and just getting it out of there and putting the new one in the same small, tight area. They did a wonderful job. Left everything nice and clean and explained how to operate the new one and what to do if we ever had a problem with it. Extremely nice and considerate group of people!!

During service repair of 50 ton RTU unit. Marshall Mechanical technicians were fast, efficient and knowledgeable during the whole process. Everyone in company is professional and thorough.

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company. They arrived on time, worked diligently on the removal of our old unit and installation of the new one despite cold and rainy conditions and did a great job cleaning up leaving our home in great shape. Would definitely recommend!

My geo-thermal system was not working efficiently. The guys showed up. Assessed the system, and within a short time found a few problems and had us running like a champ. They were very professional and pleasant as they talked us through what they did. Great service!

Dakota was professional and ignited the pilot light quickly. Very polite and nice to work with.

They installed an American Standard HVAC system for us two years ago. We have been very happy with the install and the new system. It is much more quiet and efficient than the old system. We have a service contract so they do a check up each spring and fall to keep the system operating at peak efficiency. They are always on time and professional. We also have used them for new HVAC installs on a relative’s house and a rental we own as well and have been pleased with their work on those two properties. Highly recommend Marshall Mechanical!

I really enjoyed this young man. He was nice and friendly. He had me at ease with his professional attitude. He was all business and when asked questions, he explained in a way I understood! Another example why I am using Marshall Mechanical.
