Andras and Patrick did an installation of a Reznor garage heater. Unit is commercial grade. Their work was done to perfection. We enjoyed having them do the work and it met our high standard. Always on-time and cleaned everything up when they left. Enjoying 70F garage temperature. Thanks Mark Chester for making this happen and Dawn for the great scheduling. Aaron also came to do 6-month checkup on our newly installed WaterFurnace geothermal installed by Marshall this spring. Thanks again!

He provided us with a competitive estimate, answered all of our questions, and provided additional information quickly and efficiently.

Marshall Mechanical was able to schedule our install within one business day of finalizing the paperwork. Chris did an excellent job handling the install. It was apparent that he was a professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He checked in with me throughout the process and answered any questions I had. While the second tech had to leave due to an emergency, Marshall Mechanical had another assist arrive within the hour and the project was still completely on schedule.

Tommy, the technician who helped us, was here on time and promptly assessed the situation. He worked diligently to identify the problem. Once the issue was identified, Tommy worked with us and his boss, Eric to make our bill affordable. He completed the work only to discover another issue with our A/C unit that fortunately he was able to repair today as well. All the folks at Marshall Mechanical have been super professional and I will always recommend them to my friends and family. Tommy was especially courteous and I felt very confident in his ability to remedy the issue. I’m truly thankful for his help!

Chad with Marshall Mechanical was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was personable and kind. We could not have had a better experience. We called in the morning and Chad was here early in the afternoon. Since my husband has health issues getting the AC evaluated and repaired in a timely manner was extremely important.

I have lived in Franklin for five years and have had Marshall Mechanical service my boiler on a regular basis and they also replaced my water heater. The ladies on the phone and the gentleman who've come to my home to service the boiler and water heater are ALWAYS very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Hard to beat the service of a place like Marshall Mechanical. Quick response times and quality service. Very happy with the job Aaron did! He was thorough and had no problem explaining things to me. I will definitely use them again in the future. My work uses the commercial side of Marshall and they do good work as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service.

I first meet Erik and his Team after years of dealing with commercial HVAC troubles. As a Facilities Manager, I was relieved to be able to build a relationship with Marshall Mechanical. The Team was instrumental in overcoming problems of years in the making.
