Aaron was out today to replace a defective sensor in our ASHP. He is an excellent technician, very friendly and works hard to make sure everything is working correctly. My experience with all the folks I've dealt with from Marshall Mechanical has been very good. I would confidently recommend them for HVAC installation or repair.

I am blown away by Mark and his entire team. We noticed our home was very cold. So my husband made a call into these guys. They were out that day. Did a repair, to hold us over until they could come back less then 24 hours later to install our new system. Hands down one passionate company and their details of caring for homeowners showed. Ladies, they even covered my carpets entirely and wore shoe covers. These gentlemen were so very kind, respecting the fact my children were sleeping, so the noise level was very bare minimum. They took extra precautions during this virus scare. I could go on and on... So let me end with this. If you are reading my review to this point, make the call to Mark and team, it will be the greatest choice you make.. Don't go anywhere else❤❤

This is very professional company, being from Chicago and now living in Indiana,, we kind of know what to expect. These guys know there stuff. Mark knows his inventory and how to fit the right equipment for home. Chad knows how to install it, from the electrical side even cutting a wall open. Tommy and the rest of the guys are funny to talk with, they are very personable and get your equipment installed properly. all of the guys are more than willing to answer your question before, during and after installation. With Marshall Mechanical, it is a no worry processes.

Marshall knocked it out of the ballpark again. They got us in as fast as they could during a time when everyone is turning on their AC and discovering it doesn’t work. The technician was knowledge and fixed our unit quickly.

My water heater busted and flooded my garage on Saturday. Marshall’s Mechanical came out right away and replaced the heater for me. He was such a great help (he was the owner. I apologize for not remembering the name). He saved the day for our family. I will always recommend them to anyone and they have gotten a customer for life. He even took time to clean out some of the water for us so that nothing got ruined. He really showed me what home town service really is!

Our 25 yr old furnace went out on Wednesday. We are Service agreement customers with MM and service tech was at the house in 40 mins. They were very thorough and professionally explained we needed a new system. That evening, We worked with Sales team to get a new system ordered on Thursday and installed on Friday. The whole team worked well together (service-sales-installers-setup). I was very pleased with the system and overall experience.

Everyone who's ever come to help me with my furnace has been kind, quick and Informative! They were able to answer every question I had and put my mind at ease. It my furnace is old but instead of insisting I replace it they were able to fix a few problems to keep me from such a big purchase. I love Marshall Mechanical and anytime there's a problem they're my only choice!

Tommy was amazing. Really knew his job and really helpful. Not only did he fix the issue he also showed me what to look for and fix if it happens again. Highly recommend!!

Not only professional, but took the time to share about my system and what to watch out for. I have had the same person last several times and he had been exceptional. This was for my spring service checkup.

The entire team was extremely informative and professional. We replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They walked us through all of our options and helped us to feel confident in our decisions. They did awesome work! We would highly recommended them!
