After purchasing an older house, it was clear I’d be replacing the HVAC. The only question in my mind was when. I contracted Marshall Mechanical their salesman was responsive and provided a fair price for the work I needed to have done.

It’s easy when everything goes perfectly on a project. Everything didn’t go perfectly. So here’s where a poor company fails, or a great company shines. Eric Marshall got involved and the issue was resolved immediately.

The project was completed on a timely basis. The techs were knowledgeable and awesome guys, and the company owner responded when there was an issue. What else could you ask for?

Marshall Mechanical did a fantastic job on a total hvac replacement. Will performed an in depth inspection on the hvac system of a home I was purchasing which subsequently gave me negotiating leverage for money towards a new system. Mark came out and quoted several options and gave honest recommendations of what would best fit our needs. After closing they performed extensive work and replaced the gas furnace, installed a heat pump (dual fuel system), added zoning for different floors, new thermostats, and added 5 new ducts and 1 cold air return. Eric and Patrick spent two full days on the extensive install. The project manager, owner, and a couple other employees also came by at different times to contribute. Every interaction I had with Marshall Mechanical employees was extremely positive. Everyone working on my install was kind and courteous, and I’m incredibly happy with the work performed. A large scale project like this was not cheap, but I think their pricing was fair and well worth it.

We have been customers for years and have always been impressed with the service. The tech that came out to address our cooling issue, Aaron, stayed hours later than anticipated to ensure we had air for the holiday weekend. He was excellent and we highly recommend him and Marshall Mechanical.

The people at Marshall Mechanical are customer oriented! We recently added a mini-split to our large family room. Mark helped us find exactly what we needed. Chad and Chris were very courteous during installation and were careful to not track in on a muddy day! After about 3 days, we needed some adjustments made. They promptly came and took care of it.
