Dakota was great. He was very friendly and called to let us know he was on the way, was very knowledgeable, explained what the issue was, and got it fixed very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Service associate was very polite and and helpful. There was some misunderstanding on the maintenance agreement and he stayed until it was cleared up. Issue was with the company itself. Dakota was very professional with the exception of not resetting the system.

We have used Marshall Mechanical for all of our personal HVAC needs for probably 10 years or more now. We've had them out to perform basic maintenance, install a brand new HVAC system, and most recently, a ductless mini split system. There's nobody else I want to call or, that I really need to call; we've got Marshall Mechanical. Everyone we've ever worked with has been fantastic. Customer service and professionalism are always as good as it gets. They take time to answer any questions thoroughly, and do absolutely everything they can to create the best experience from start to finish. It's clear that they understand they are there for the customers. From the time you call to request service, or an estimate, to the time the job is finished, every detail in between, and beyond, they are on it. We've had so many contractors that we want to give our business but we I can't even get them to call us back in a timely many, if at all. With many contractors, we are never sure where the project stands, they don't clean up after themselves, etc. Marshall Mechanical is a completely different story. I highly recommend them to anybody needing any HVAC, or electrical work. P.S.- I think the mini split system is going to be a big hit with the family!

When we bought our home, we knew it needed a new HVAC system as well as to have the entire system relocated. Marshall Mechanical did an exceptional job and have kept everything working in an optimal fashion for the past three years. When our thermostat had an issue that was covered under the warranty they came out and replaced it right away.

Dakota came out and explained everything he was doing. Very knowledgeable and personable! Wonderful service. I’ve been using them 8years now and would highly recommend them!
