Questions and concerns were answered in terms I understood. This company and its employees have serviced my HVAC needs for many years and I have never been disappointed. Todays Annual AC Service was no exception. Service performed well by a knowledgeable, professional and courteous technician.
It is comforting to know my HVAC equipment is getting excellent care.

I chose Marshall from a friend’s recommendation since I am new to the area. I found them to meet or exceed all of my expectations. Listening to my problem and offering clearly explained options. Installation was very well done and care was taken to protect my property. Follow up training for me was well done and warranty and how to get additional follow up on operational questions was documented and clearly explained. I am a retired executive with 40 years experience in medical diagnostic services and they impressed me.

The service technician showed up before my scheduled appointment time. He called ahead of time and told me he would be a little early. Which was fine with me. He did a routine service & maintenance on my furnace. Dakota answered all my questions & explained everything. He was very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable also. I would definitely recommend Marshall Mechanical.

I am so pleased that I took a friend's advice and chose Marshall Mechanical for my HVAC services. Aaron was my first interface and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. He was so friendly and informative on all aspects of my HVAC geothermal furnace and my heat pump unit. This led to my heat pump replacement since it was 25 years old and only operating on auxiliary heat. I was then introduced to Mark. I know that as a widow, I must have asked a zillion questions regarding my heat pump replacement but Mark answered them all in detail to my satisfaction. Patrick, Andras and Nolan couldn't have been more professional and friendly as they navigated through a tricky replacement that extended into a second day. Marshall went above and beyond for quoting, spec'ing out, and installing our geothermal system. Mark was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which was admirable as I am the type to have plenty of nerdy questions! Mark and the owner, Erik, even came out for nearly an entire day helping to prep the yard for reseeding after the geothermal boring. Techs knew their trade well and did a great job for the install and replacing the 50-year old supply and return ducts in our crawl and cellulose swimming pool attic!

I highly recommend Marshall for any HVAC work, and our new geothermal system is working awesome! Looking forward to seeing how much it saves us over the next years, especially with all the increases in utility costs!
