Marshall Mechanical

We have an old home downtown Indy and have dealt with many companies making repairs over the years. Marshall Mechanical was by far the most professional and courteous. The guys that came to our home knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly! We will definitely use them in the future.

Bought our home knowing that the AC unit was 20+ years old, reached out to 4 different companies to get some opinions on replacing just the AC or going more efficient with a whole system. Marshall came in about $2,000 cheaper than the most expensive, but they weren't the cheapest either.
I spoke with 2 different individuals at Marshall and Mark ended up coming out. He spent over an hour with me explaining a bit about our system, why it would cost me more to try and maintain the old unit with outdated refrigerant. He then helped to calculate estimates of savings (which for a financial individual like me was huge), but also spent time understanding what our needs and goals were (comfort, variable speed, energy efficient, etc.).
Quite possibly the biggest component for me was that Marshall was the ONLY company of the 4 well respected companies to mention rebates for going energy efficient. That is additional savings to add onto their price point.
Install went very smoothly and they took the time to consult with me when it came time to have to make some slight changes to a high efficiency vent pipe. They also took time to educate me on the new thermostat and ensure I understood how to functionally use it going forward.

Will absolutely use Marshall again if we need to consider replacing equipment.

A company that is honest and professional. Very thorough in their work and take time to explain issues or just to go over work completed. The only HVAC Company I will use!!!

A Big Thank You to Marshall Mechanical and I can confirm all their great reviews! I'm just glad my wife and I decided to get that 4th or 5th estimate on a new system install 4 or 5 years ago and thankfully came across Marshall's number in a google search. After a couple of decades or so in the trades, I only wish I'd come across them sooner! From Erik whom we can rely on for satisfaction and a job well done, to Chad and Aaron, both terrific installers and problem solving techs, to Mark and Pam and the rest of the supporting staff- professionalism and integrity resonates throughout this small but effective family owned business! Thankfully, even in Bloomington we aren't too far them to travel, and we'll continue to rely on Marshall Mechanical as our go-to HVAC company!

Was real happy with the service. Aaron was very professional. You could tell by his attitude he enjoyed his job. In this day of age that says alot for me. Was a little late but he made several phone call's to let me know his status, was fantastic that way I could do the thing's I needed to do and not worry about being home and missing him. Answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Marshall mechanical.

My heat would not work this morning and the house was very chilly and the temps will be in the 30’s tonight so I called Marshall’s Mechanical. The woman who answered the phone was so polite and professional said she would have a tech here within the hour. Within 10 minutes the tech texted that he was on his way. The tech’s name was Aaron. Within minutes after arriving found the part that needed to be replaced, went to the parts place to pick it up and was back, had it replaced and cleaned up. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable.

We have used Marshall’s since 2014 and I would recommend them to everyone, fast, reliable and courteous service!!!

Dakota arrived when scheduled and proceeded to get busy checking over the system and explaining what he was doing. I was glad he talked to me about the surge protector instrument and look forward to getting more information.

Would recommend anytime to anyone. I had an emergency situation, back in January, with my furnace. They came out the same day I called, found a Toxic gas leak, installed my replacement furnace first thing the next morning when it was already below 20 degrees. My house is over 100 years old, so it is not the easiest to work around. I had just had another company out months before and they said everything was fine and ready for winter. Could not have asked for a more professional service, everyone went above and beyond what I could have imagined.

Give kudos to whomever needs to hear about Will and his level of customer service , communication skills , his dedication to a job well done and staying into the job until the job is complete. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on With our AC Unit. In the day and age of very basic customer service, I haven’t experienced an above and beyond customer service experience that Will gave us tonight. He was very thorough in his job... got here at 5:00 and left at 8:00 only after he knew 100% his job was done. He worked hard , in very adverse climates outside and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received today. Aaron was very responsive to a weekend overnight emergency call. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Aaron identified the issue quickly and resolved it completely. Aaron represents Marshall extremely well and we will not hesitate to call Marshall should another issue arise! Thanks again Aaron!!
