In the past 3 months we have purchased 2 furnaces and 1 full HVAC unit from G.R. Freeman, 1 at our business, and 2 at our home. All in 3 separate incidents. (Long, ugly stories of furnace failure involving a flood, a carbon monoxide leak and, to top it off, a melting circuit board involving fire engines, while we were out of the country...)
Through each incident, the entire G.R. Freeman crew was very friendly, good naturedly shooing away our inquisitive cats, and professional, working efficiently and cleaning up behind themselves.
The prices on all 3 units was very reasonable and even though the temperature hasn't really tested them too much this year, one of our upstairs rooms that has always seemed cold has been noticeably warmer. I'm looking forward to seeing some lower Vectren bills. (Next year~ I'm done with winter this year!)

We woke up to our AC not working. Amy and Ashley were great at answering 1,000 questions. Our tech John M. Called us right away, explained how the system worked and what was wrong with it. He explained what needed done right now and what could be done at a later service date if we choosed. 100% saved the day!

Davin and Adam did an outstanding job installing our new AC. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and thorough.

Replacement of indoor coil, the techs were courteous and professional. Repair was performed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend for any HVAC needs.
