Had a/c issues G.R. Freeman sent Dan out and he worked his magic. Very respectful and professional. Because of that this will be the only company I will call for air and heating. I'm a very happy customer.

They put in a new furnace and air conditioner and we are extremely pleased with our utility bill. We had Coleman furnace and Coleman Air conditioner put in that are 95+ efficient.
Know if you purchase the 10 year parts and labor insurance, doesn't necessarily mean everything is covered. We had to call them to fix a drain that wasn't draining and effected the furnace working properly on Sunday and were charged $109.00 dollars for the call.

Had a late summer/early fall A/C compressor issue, Called G.R. Freeman and from the moment they answered the phone, they were friendly, competent, and FAIR. Tech called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived and got a diagnosis quickly. Gave me a couple of options and a recommendation. Fix was fast, and very fairly priced. No up sell or high pressure, just a presentation of facts and options to move forward. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I run a home improvement company and we use G.R. Freeman on our jobs that require HVAC work. I have complete faith in Kirk and his entire staff to get the job done right and on time. On 7/12/15 our power went out. Unfortunately, when the power came back on our AC unit did not. Dan from GR Freeman was out to our house withing a couple hours of the call and quickly diagnosed the problem and has our AC unit running again.

I have used GR Freeman for both my home HVAC & my office HVAC. They have been very thorough in both cases. They made very reasonable recommendations and I have been very satisfied with their work.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind when I called because my furance went out in 20 degree weather. Dan came out and got our issue resolved in no time. He was very thorough and even followed up to make sure the problem stayed resolved.
