GR Freeman took care of installing a new furnace when it was very cold outside and we were anxious for it to happen quickly. Super efficient and the price was very affordable. Plan on using them here on out!

After having a different company out the day before that gave us two options: one being an over 2000.00 repair and one being a new unit around 5000.00, I am very satisfied with the much more affordable third option that Dan with GR Freeman gave us. Our AC is working again and at 1/4 of the cost of the other guy's cheapest option. Dan seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. He seemed very honest. He was also friendly. Will call GR Freeman again!

We just started with the annual maintenance service at GR Freeman. Dan came out and explained all about what he was doing and why. He was on time and very professional. He even hooked up our humidifier that we thought had been working for 2 years but that had never been connected. Very happy with their service!

Just wanted to add more great things about the service at GR Freeman. Jonathan came out for our annual maintenance this year. While he was there our recycling was picked up at the curb. He took the time to move the bin back into our garage! What a nice gesture. Paying attention to the details speaks volumes for the customer service there.

Dan called back quickly at 9:00 pm in the evening. Was very professional and courteous. When he arrived he did an excellent job. I will definitely use GR Freeman again and highly recommend them for hearing and cooling issues. I Will ask for Dan specifically.

I needed a whole new heating and air system in my house and this was the best company I could have asked for. They got me the best price for the equipment I needed, they are very educated and willing to share that knowledge with their clients in terms that you can understand. They are efficient with their time, very polite and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. They also installed an Iwave that made the air so clean and took the stench out of my fiance's "man cave". I would recommend G.R. I have used GR Freeman for years now and have the annual service agreement on my both of the units at our house. They are always on time, very polite, do an excellent job. They really look out for their customer, I had a summertime emergency a few years back, when one of my home units went out, they were on the spot arrived the same day getting our AC back on during a very hot day. It was a simple capacitor and I was thankful they provided honest service with a quick inexpensive fix. I never hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Being a family owned business and serving the community for years is a big plus to me.

Started our yearly maintenance plan with GR Freeman today. Dan came out to do the work and he was very good. Not only does he do great work but he is also a genuinely good guy. Very happy to have him and his locally owned company taking care of us.

Very happy with the service we received! Dan is very knowledgeable and helped with all the questions we had and explained the issue and what was done to correct it.
