Devin and Adam went out of their way to thoroughly help me recently with a difficult problem with my air conditioning. GR Freeman has provided reliable scheduled AND emergent service to us for the past several years. I know that if I need anything, I can call them, and the problem will be handled efficiently and appropriately.

Although generally on time, today was an exception and I appreciated the fact that John called to say he was running a bit late but would be here shortly. When he did arrive he was courteous and proceeded to work professionally and efficiently.

I called at 7am this morning requesting someone come out since my A/C quit working. I was a new customer who had never used GR Freeman before. They called me back at 8am saying they were booked fairly full today, but if it was possible for them to give me a 15 minute warning if I wanted them to work me in. I said absolutely. They were able to come around 10am and had it fixed within a half hour. Very nice, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

After calling numerous Heating and Air Conditioning Companies from broken schedules to not rescheduling at all, l was amazed at the speed of scheduling and the technician calling me prior to coming for the repair. Repair service was completed in less than ten minutes and the technician was professional, friendly, courteous and most learned in the repair of my 30 plus year old furnace. I cannot praise the repairman enough and highly recommend Freeman for fast, efficient, and reliable service!

This company is so easy to work with. They always answer the phone, they are on time and dependable. They bring everything they need with them, and their people are experienced HVAC workers. When they leave, I am never concerned about the quality of their work. Freeman has been helping us recently with a remodel, and even though the work has presented challenges at times, they are always tenacious and positive.

We just moved to Evansville in July 2015. In November we felt that our furnace was causing us to have health problems. We called GR Freeman Heating & Air Conditioning and they diagnosed a problem with our furnace. They were very prompt with their service and our health problems related to this issue have been reduced significantly. We signed a service agreement with them and they have been very good to perform their service in a timely and efficient manner. We thank Dan for all of his help.

G.R. Freeman is an amazing company! They came out to the house when our air stopped working this summer and I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. We needed a new air conditioning unit. They provided great service at a fair price and even bumped us up in their schedule so we could have the new unit asap. This was a life saver so I wouldn't melt in the summer heat. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really go above and beyond for their customers. We'll never use anyone else.
