John was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and timely. Called with what appeared to be a minor issue that didn't make sense, and instead of giving a superficial evaluation and fix he went in depth and discovered there was a MUCH bigger underlying issue. I'm fully confident we actually avoided a house fire! Can't recommend highly enough!

Dan came out on a Sunday. Called quickly and arrived within an hour. Went through and fixed everything. Very personable and answered all our questions. Went as far as to schedule a maintenance agreement after the outstanding service provided.

They hooked up the water pump to my a/c. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I will never use anyone else.

We use GR Freeman for our home and our rental property. We've had full systems put in and continue to use them for maintenance. They're prompt, fairly-priced, and experienced.

I called. They came to my home the same day! It took him just a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. He showed me exactly what was wrong and exactly how it happened. He explained what needed to be done to fix it and told me what it would cost. Which by the way was very reasonable. Overall was a good experience and i would definitely call them agian. Absolutely hands down the best! Our AC went out one evening and we called the next morning they were out within an hour or so and got it fixed right away! Service tech was super friendly and polite! Would recommend to anyone! And will definitely use again in the future!

After hours Technician called soon and was at our house within an hour after we talked. He was profession, friendly. He try his best to save us money (gave us things to check ourself before he got there) unfortunately we still need him to fix it. It was a good experience and I will use them again and would suggest them to others. Dusty
