I have never been more pleased with a service provider!! I called GR Freeman tonight (a Friday night) and John was literally on my doorstep within 15 - 20 minutes. He tested my AC unit which had completely stopped working, installed a new thermostat and had me completely ready to go in a little over an hour. Be was professional, kind, courteous and clearly an expert in his industry. I will never call another HVAC company. I am so impressed!!
