A vent pipe from the water heater to the HVAC system had been knocked loose. The technician came within thirty minutes of my call to see if it was something he could fix.

He reused everything he could and had it fixed and running in less than an hour. Looks great, works great, didn’t ruin my whole week (or even the whole day) and didn’t eat into the Christmas savings!

I will call G.R. Freeman again!

I was told I needed a new furnace by another HVAC company, after working on it for an hour an no diagnosis. I called GR Freeman by referral of a friend. Dan came out and got it running, no new furnace needed! Dan knew what he was doing, was kind, professional and respectful. I already have him scheduled him to do spring AC maintenance. They have a great preventative bi-annual service to help keep your equipment in the best possible condition. Dan just saved us thousands of dollars from another company telling us we needed a whole new air conditioning unit. He listened to the issues and background on what was done, examined the unit and found the issue in less time than it took the other guys to try and guess. Unit was fixed in less than an hour and we have air!! Also assisting us in extending the life of our current unit so we can save to replace instead of having the unexpected cost all at once. Won’t go anywhere else in the future for our air. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Can’t express my gratitude enough!

The tech arrived quickly and was incredibly professional. He put on cloth boot covers each time he came into the house, so as to keep it clean. He was fast and did not try to up-sell any products. Honest company, great work, and fairly priced.

The repairman was here on time. He was very friendly & talked to me about what he was doing at all times. He was very knowledgeable! I will use this company in the future if i need a repairman.
