We have had nothing but positive experiences with the GR Freeman team. From Summer 2019 installation to a followup visit to teach us our new heating system on Halloween 2019 (frigid temperatures), we have felt taken care of. The team is very respectful of our home & we aren't at all uncomfortable having them here. Top-notch service & product offerings. Employees aren't trashy or scary. I began working with GR Freeman approximately ten years ago. Due to the quality of their workmanship, dependability, trustworthiness and commitment to providing the best and safest products available, my entire family utilize them for all of their heating and air conditioning needs. Both Dan and Kirk have been able to meet all of our needs in a respectful, honest, reliable, safe and cost effect way!

Dan came out on an emergency call on Sunday afternoon to help us with our AC problem. It had gone completely out and he came out and diagnosed quickly and went to get the parts as soon as possible. He repaired and explained it every step of the way to make sure we knew what he was doing and why. His work ethic, kindness, and genuine personality did not go unnoticed. We had a hard time finding someone on a Sunday and we are grateful we chose them!

We had a problem with our air conditioner and nothing was coming out of our vents. Called GR Freeman late in the afternoon and got an appointment the next day. Craig came by earlier than expected and fixed the problem in 5-minutes while being talkative and friendly. I have been using GR Freeman for a year now. They are responsive, do great work, and "are one to keep!" You couldn't ask for better.

Kirk was amazing! We were able to get in right away and had amazing quality customer service. He took time to explain things to us and help us develop a plan on what to down the road when we will have to have our unit replaced (current until is 31 yrs old). I could not be happier with my experience with GR Freeman! When my furnace stopped working they came out right away and were able to get it working. When we decided to replace our old unit, they answered all of our questions and gave us several options. When the crew came to install the new unit, they were friendly, professional, and timely. We were contacted after hours on both occasions to ensure things were going smoothly! They are top notch! Call GR Freeman; you won’t be disappointed!

Dan was quick to come and do an estimate for the replacement of our A/C. I felt like he was honest and gave me all the options available (not just those that would benefit his business). Dan was very helpful when I brought up concerns or questions. The guys who came to replace our A/C unit were friendly, fast-working, knowledgeable, and very considerate. I can't imagine the process and the job going any smoother. I'm very pleased with their performance and would highly recommend working with this business.

Please keep up the quality service and stay upfront with your cost. Our furnace went out sometime over Friday and Saturday. Noticed it the most on Sunday morning with the outside Temp in the teens(Burr). Called for service with GR Freeman, they were quick to respond even on a Sunday. He nicely explained the added fees for Sunday after-hours service. They were upfront with all added extra cost. He did not have the part he needed but, went above and beyond to retrieved it off a new unit at the shop so we had heat and a fully functioning Furnace in three hours. He cleaned and did all maintenance needed on the unit. I am very satisfied with the quality of customer service provided. The prices were a little steep to replace a part that was covered under warranty thus a loss of one star. I expected some of the increased price due to the convenience of 24/7 customer care. Thanks for keeping us out of the cold. I was happy to start a maintenance contract to get 15% of my bill. I am also happy to know they will bring the same customer service back in the summer time to check and clean my HVAC. I am willing to pay the steep bill and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone we have dealt with at GR Freeman has been courteous and responsive, from the receptionist who answers the phone, to the installers, to the owner of the company.

Devin and Adam worked tirelessly all day to install our new system, and they left our garage and yard spotless when they were finished. They didn’t even seem to mind when our dog wanted to help :-)

We will continue to rely on GRF whenever we need HVAC service.

Dan and his team did an amazing job! He came into our grooming salon as the third Heating and Cooling contractor we had spoke with. He listened to our unique needs and came up with the perfect solution that our salon needed. He is knowledgeable, personable and does a top notch job! We would recommend him and his team or anyone in need of Heating and Cooling!
