A year ago, during the hot months of summer, our AC unit struggled to keep house cool. Indoor temp was in the 80s with AC running. The owner came late in the evening to diagnose the problem. Leak somewhere in the coolant line. His team filled our AC unit with coolant to keep us cool until the new HVAC system was installed a week later. Any bugs or issues that came with the new unit were instantly addressed and fixed.
We just had our first maintenance check and everything is working great! Thank you again for helping us stay cool in our home! 😎

Had a part on our furnace fail and called B&W first thing the next morning. They came right out to my house, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part in a quick manner.
