These guys are FUN!!! My a/c broke last summer and they were out in a quick 4 days! The technician was a huge wwe fan just like me he even had a championship belt in his truck just like my little brother had when we were younger the difference is my brother would never let me see his. While he was working every once in a while hed try a couple moves on me when i wasnt paying attention, his figure four leg lock was very effective. Needless to say we got pretty sweaty because the a/c wasnt fixed at this point yet. When he got done we set up a folding table in my living room and he did a high wire suplex off of my couch and put me through it.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mark the owner was very friendly and provided better service than any other company we’ve reached out to. Also cheaper than the other quotes we were given. They will definitely be our go to-for any future heating and cooling needs.
Had to call them out on a Sunday evening. The tech responded quickly and was courteous upon arrival. The tech(Mark) was thorough and explained everything he did. Would highly recommend and will be our first call for future needs.
Extremely hot on our house this morning. Talked B & W Heating & Cooling at 8:02 a.m. Mark was here by 10:30 a.m. and shortly thereafter our A/C was cooling down the house. This is not the first time we have used this company and have always received great service. We highly recommend them!!

A/C unit was not turning on. Wife called B and W they offered a $59 dollar diagnostic fee and gave us a window of 9-12 a few days later. Tech called day of saying was unable to make that window and arrived at 1:20. Ended up with a $200 dollar bill to replace a $10 fuse. Tech did not mention an estimate about the job like the site said they would until the bill was presented and expected to be paid. Tech spent about an hour and half checking and diagnosing the system during that time smoked a cigarette and answered a couple phone calls. Called owner with confusion on the bill amount owner said tech hasn't turned in bills yet. I asked if seemed normal in pricing for an hour and half worth of labor owner "stated they charge by the job not by the hour, but that didn't seem to be out of normal". I would really hate to have anything overly complex done by them if they charge $190 in labor to diagnose and replace a fuse, check the fans, check the capacitor, and check Freon levels.
They have made minor repairs to both my AC and furnace the last couple of years. They are prompt and professional as well as thorough. James in particular is a great technician who knows his stuff!
They are very dependable and don't give you sticker shock. The work is fantastic!!!!! They are very friendly and understanding about the importance of trust. My in laws had them now in our 50s we use them also..
