Very pleased with our services. I appreciate the technician giving me options and the education to the options. They were friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I’ve used B&W twice now and I’m so thankful I found this company. I have an older A/C and Furnace unit that needed some attention. Matt came out a few months ago to take a look at my A/C and I’ve never had someone be so thorough. He found the issues I called about and got it back up and running great. Cory came today to check out my furnace. I felt the heat coming out of the vent was not as warm as it should be. He was wonderful. So professional. He listened to every concern I had and found the problem. Not once was I ever pressured to just replace my system instead of figuring out what the problems were. Thank you! I will always recommend B & W.

Wonderful company who responded quickly to our water heater leak and quickly installed a new one. We use them for all our heating and cooling needs also.

Not professional, lack couth and consideration. We have had multiple issues with them blocking access to and from our property. They won't change their behavior. They routinely park on our property (in front of our vehicles, so we cannot leave or enter or property) and won't stop using it.

This is really disappointing to see from a local business that should have better values. I'm just trying to get to and from my home. Right now, I can do neither.

Please be respectful of your clients and other's property.

Corey was great, he was with us start to finish from the estimate to the final walk through! The guy with the glasses (sorry cannot remb his name) was very nice to my wife and I and did great work!! Mark listened to our ideas and implemented a great plan. I cannot say enough good things about our upstairs A/C install with B & W. I would highly recommend to anyone! They did exactly what they said they were going to do, at a reasonable price, and professional install! We are really happy with the results!
