B & W has been great to us. From programmable thermostat to furnace filters to AC. Our a/c quit Saturday, was able to call and Shawn came out Sunday morning and fixed it. B & W can meet all you HVAC needs!

Our A/C needed to be replaced in May. B & W installed our new unit in no time with great service! Two months later, in the heat of July, our second A/C went out. B & W were there that afternoon and saved us from the heat! If customer service and fair prices are important to you we certainly recommend B & W!

I have been with B&W for about 8 years, as well as my mother who initially started with B&W. They have always been there for us. Again, this Christmas Eve when we had an issue with our boiler. From the office, to the tech's, we appreciate them all.

Arrived home after a few days away, tried to get A/c on, thermostat would not respond. Called B&W at 1:15 PM, tech. arrived at approximately 2:30 P/M replaced thermostat checked operation of furnace and A/C, both worked well and was all complete in less that one hour. On 10/19/17 Gordon came out for my annual clean and check and all went well which I expected since I got my new furnace last year from B&W. I have been a customer for the last 14 years through 2 houses. They have always provided me with excellent service.

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service! Their technicians are experienced (mine had 23 years) and respond immediately. No fancy tablets, just a team that knows how to fix HVAC issues with the customer in mind every step of the way! Call B&W first and you'll be happy you did.

Has been scheduled for 2 weeks. Appointment today at 3 or 3:30. Supposed to call when on the way. NO CALL. NO SHOW. It's 6:15. Will they call tomorrow and reschedule? Who knows! Disgusted.

Appointments for service are easy to make. Repairman calls if not able to get to house in scheduled time frame. Repairmen are efficient and thorough plus courteous. Good company to have your heating and cooling needs met.

The inside blower on our air conditioner started making a terrible racket. It was in the 90's and I called 3 different companies the next morning. B&W was the only company that said they could come out that day. Shawn showed up, found out what was wrong, gave us a reasonable estimate, drove somewhere and picked up the part, came back and fixed the AC and had us back up and working that afternoon. Our air conditioner is working better than ever. I think something has been wrong with it all summer and we didn't realize it. Thanks B&W!
