I had B & W Heating & Cooling Inc. come to my home in May and in September to work on my ac unit. Both Gordon and Shawn were very professional and gave me good advice on the best way to maintain my unit. They are quick to come out to serve you and really down to earth people. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating or cooling service done.

I called B&W out for an after hours call. Of course it was 110 degrees out when my AC unit decided to die. Mark answered my call and was at my house within 20 minutes. He isolated the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes. He spent another half an hour cleaning my outside unit and answering all of my questions. When he figured up my bill it was about half what I was expecting. Awesome job to these guys! They take care of you!

Same day service at a fair price, however, the technician arrived and entered without a mask. Not what I was expecting from a well-rated company. I would've appreciated the opportunity to have my furnace cleaned during this visit, so as not to incur an another service call, but I understand this is a busy time of year.

Came home from lunch to a cold house. Called B&W and they sent a technician, Jim, up in just a few minutes with the correct part on the truck. Very friendly and professional, he replaced the defective part and thoroughly checked the condition of my furnace. He went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was working properly. This is probably the 3rd time I've called for problems and B&W is always quick to respond and fixed the problem without delay and for a very reasonable price. Yes I will call them if I have problems in the future.

Mark from B&W heating and cooling was able to come out after business hours and promptly fix the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It was also reasonably priced. I will use them again for any heating and cooling issues.

The inspection of my furnace and A/C compressor was very thorough, the technicisn even washed out the outdoor unit, the first time I have ever seen a technician do that st any of the homes I have owned. Another aspect I appreciated was that he did not try to convince me to get a new furnace or A/ C unit when I mentioned the age of the unit. Many companies would immediately try to sell me something. I feel that B & W is a very ethical Company.

B&W has installed and maintained my system for 10 years. The techs have always been on time, very knowledgeable and professional, making sure that everything stays working well. I highly recommend B&W.
