Buying a new furnace/AC is scary and it is a huge amount of money. I have used Pruitt for a few years, ever since they delivered and installed the dishwasher I bought at Lowe's. I was so impressed with how the dishwasher was installed in my little old house with uneven floors that I called them when my AC wasn't working a few years ago. Back then I was told I needed a new AC but we were able to make it hang on for a few years. This month it finally gave up. I was glad I had Joe to call. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. I deal with a lot of vendors in my job and I can tell you it is hard to find a company who delivers in any way. Pruitt really cares!! There is a real person who answers the phone. If it goes to voicemail someone returns your call promptly. All emails and texts are answered right away too. No matter how silly my questions I was never made to feel stupid. Every person from Pruitt who worked on my home was nice and professional. My new AC is blowing cold air and I need a big blanket and I am not sorry about that! I feel if something were to go wrong it would be fixed right away. I would not hesitate to recommend Pruitt Mechanical Services to anyone and everyone. They exceed all expectations. Thank you everyone at Pruitt for a wonderful experience!

I needed a quick repair on my air conditioner Saturday morning before having a good amount of people over that afternoon. Joe came out on time and within a short period of time had me up and running again. He was very informative and easy to work with and talk to.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to making big purchases like replacing my HAVC system and hot water heater at the same time. Pruitt did a great job cleaning our air ducts and they also were able to give us a bid for fixing an electrical issue we were having. They were on time, respectful of our home, and communicated efficiently and promptly whenever we had a question.

I highly recommend the whole crew was polite and professional Installed new air conditioner furnace and water heater, cleaned out all my ductwork. Very satisfied. It has been six weeks or more since this work was done and loving the ac. It doesn’t run as much and really keeps my house cool. Thanks Joe and team. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Our heat went out on Friday night, and within an hour of us noticing and reaching out on Saturday morning, Joe was there to help! He was very professional, knowledgeable and really seemed to care about making this as stress free as possible for us. We need a repair, but the part wasn't going to be in until a few days, so Joe had several space heaters brought out to us at no cost SO quickly. Thank you so much! Finally found a great service to replace the plugs, outlet and timer for my pool. They were able to find the timer and get the work done within a week of the estimate (free estimate) Service guys were polite, professional - knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!!

I called them to come out and look at my furnace that wasn’t working. A tech came out in a timely manner. He told me what was wrong and gave me a quote. He recommended investing into getting a new system since mine is very old and on its way out. Mine will cost thousands to repair and recommend investing in a new one instead of spending money on this one. Joe was very helpful and lead me towards the path and showed me options of a new unit. I will be getting a new unit thanks to his recommendations shortly. Great customer service and very honest!
