Pruitt Mechanical Services is the best!!! They came out to my house to install a humidifier, replace one of my smoke alarms and do an AC tune up. Very knowledgeable and polite. They took the time to explain the humidifier to me and found an issue with my AC unit that they fixed on the spot. I will be using the them again in the near future for a brand new hvac system. Thank you Joe, Rhys, Zack and Aiden very much appreciated!!!

I appreciated the quick and complete service these guys performed. They were friendly, curteous, and patiently informative, answering questions and clearly explaining what they would do and why it was needed. They were very respectful of my concern for protection from Covid 19 and wore masks to protect my family, myself and themselves. At no time did they try to pressure me to do more than what I wanted. I wanted wanted a complete AC/ Heating Unit. I like the work that they did. Cleanup was "complete". It was a pleasure to have them around to do it. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that I find needing this type of service.

Joe and his team are great! I originally called Pruitt to our home for some HVAC bids for our converted attic space. Then when our furnace went out a few months later I called his company back to address the issue. They installed a new Trane furnace for us, a new Trane AC unit, and a smart thermostat! I will be sure to utilize Pruitt for all of our HVAC & electrical needs in our home :) You can't beat their customer service, professionalism, and quality products.

Once again Joe and the crew with Pruitt Mechanical Services comes to my rescue! I was out of town, on a Friday, and got the dreaded phone call that the heater was out in one of my rentals.

I reached out to Joe with Pruitt Mechanical Services, and he was able to come out Saturday morning and address the problem. The only problem was the part would not be able to get in until Tuesday even overnighted.

As the professional he is, Joe offered heaters for me to use until the part came in and he was able to fix the heater. Saved the day for me and my house to be able to continue to be occupied and not have any freezing water lines!

Joe went above and beyond for me and always does!

Pruitt Mechanical Services was contacted to assist us with a fire department ice machine that would no longer run. After a quick assessment, part order, and installation our ice machine is in-service again. We initially thought this was a compressor and due to the professional diagnosis by Pruitt Mechanical discovered it was a bad switch, saving the department significant money. Couldn't ask for a more dependable and honest service!
