Can’t say enough about the Pruitt team’s professionalism! Had problems with couple of my ceiling fans and a few switches. Joe came out and looked over what needed done. Then, sent me a bid via email no sales pressure. Upon excepting the bid the job was scheduled right away and completed on time. I received regular texts telling who was coming and when. Steve and Rhys did a great job thanks again guys!

Called Pruitt to come out and fix our dryer a couple of weeks ago, they charged us over $100 just to change a fuse. Turns out, that didn't fix the issue because the fuse blew two more times after that. We called them again and set up another appointment to come out and actually fix the issue, the appointment date and time comes and then passes, they didn't show up. We called the office again to see what the issue was, and the person on the phone said we were never in their system for another appointment. Begrudgingly, we asked them to set up yet another appointment two days later, and they didn't show up again! We called AGAIN to ask what gives, and they tell us yet again that they didn't have us down for an appointment 😡. We told them to just forget about it, then we called McCormick and McCormick came out the next day, fixed our dryer, and charged us half of what Pruitt charged.

I can’t say enough about this company. I contacted them when my heat went out right before an ice storm. I was told they were completely booked but they would work me in. They arrived on time and I was told I need a new furnace as mine was extremely old and most parts were not available anymore which I knew. They were able to install my new heater two days later along with my new air conditioner. They provided space heaters in every room until then to get me through the ice storm. The crew that did the install were so polite, professional and nice and did amazing work and cleaned up after themselves. You never even knew they were there afterwards with as clean as they left things. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were amazing!

Rhys installed a new gas line and fireplace insert at our home he was very friendly and professional. It was very affordable and they were very efficient with his time. I would highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical

Installed A/C and furnace and duct work, in one day. Very professional, great quality unit at a great price. Arrived on time, hauled away old unit, cleaned up afterwards. Great company.

I received excellent service with little customer effort. Everything about this visit and service was hassle-free.

The entire Pruitt team was polite, professional, definitely qualified. We had a need for a new Hvac system as well as a electrical service entry box outside and a new breaker box inside. The Pruitt team completely installed a new Hvac system on Monday. On Tuesday they did the service entry box and the new breaker box and breakers. They did a clean up after the work was completed. They also offer many other services, including chimney cleaning. I’ll be calling them for further projects. Their pricing is reasonable for the service they provide.

Didn’t show up when they said they would. Came the next day and spent 2 minutes looking at the unit and said I needed a new outside unit. Would not use them. Had another guy come and fixed it that day. Pruitt Mechanical was rude, unprofessional and quite frankly tries to screw customers over by telling them they need new units when they didn’t even look at the unit for any amount of time. Steer clear. Also this happened last year and they waited until now to request I give them a review on here. So here’s the review you requested. I wasn’t even going to bash you until I saw the email. Stupid. 🤣

My air conditioner quit working on a very hot day. I called and got to talk to a "real" person. They came out the same day and fixed it for me very quickly. A very nice gentlemen who knew what he was doing!!
