I took two days of from work to have them come look at installing a new system on my walk in cooler. One day they didn't call me, I had to call them for a no show. The next I missed a phone call and a another no show. I understand I live 20 miles away but I was in contact with them for over a month just to try to get them out here. Then they asked me to wait another three weeks for a appt. No thanks

Bush refrigeration was awesome! Fit us in at a moments notice was very understanding about our situation and waited until we got there to service our fridge. Definitely will use Bush again. Brett Edward's was awesome!

They were phenomenal, We have Mr Cool Ductless units at our local business. They diagnosed them and made a prompt repair. getting us back on our feet in a hurry. The were very communicative, pleasant, experienced, and went out of their way to schedule, and make the repair in a hurry!
