I had to call B&W Heating and Cooling when a recent remodel job by another contractor was completed poorly and and my radiator pipe was leaking so bad that I had to turn the heat off. They were able to show up within hours and had my pipe fixed within thirty minutes! I knew I could depend on them because they installed my new boiler and furnace when I first moved into my home. They are quick and reliable and very reasonably priced.

We relied on B&W for 10+ years. Gordon and Shawn have been consistently friendly knowledgeable, competent technicians. I value them for their honesty and timely service. We've used them for services such as routine seasonal maintenance, installing a new filter system, and duct cleaning.

I just had a great experience with B&W and a special thank you to Mark for being awesome.

Anyway, I woke up around 5:30 PM (I work nights) and notice the temperature of the house is a low, the heater had gone out. I see that all the maintenance and the installation was preformed by B&W so I give them a call and they say they can be out here in 15 minutes, great. Mark shows up within the 15 minutes, diagnoses the problem in a few minutes, gets the replacement part (which cost me nothing due to the warranty on this 9 year old part), and installs this on the spot, wonderful! Pay for the labor, totally worth it since I called at around 6:15 PM and am now sitting in a nicely heated home by 7:45 PM.

Seriously, I was prepared to be spending the night in a hotel or with family thanks to Illinois winter's being so lovely, but B&W saved me a huge headache and some money as well.

So, to B&W and Mark, 5 Stars for you. I would gladly do business with them any day and would suggest anyone else to do the same.

I've relied on B&W for over over a decade now. I have always found them to be fair, reasonable, and responsive, in addition to knowing their stuff and doing a great job. Mark helped us maximize our savings on a new furnace and air conditioner in relation to government subsidies for efficiency vs. what we really needed. Gordon has helped us maintain and replace parts under warranty to keep our system running smooth. I would recommend B&W to anyone in the Metro East area.

B&W is outstanding and provides fantastic service. Rick and Corey installed a new water heater for me this morning. They arrived early and got the installation done in a timely and professional manner. I’m VERY pleased with the completed job.

Our B&W technician, Jim, was courteous and efficient. He provided background on the system (recently purchased home) - including when it was installed - he actually played a part in the installation; clearly explained how to change the filter, and provided other information necessary for a new homeowner. He answered all questions fully. I am relieved to know that the heating / cooling system is operating efficiently and that B&W will be there if anything occurs between now and the next visit. Excellent service. We bought our furnace and AC unit from B&W heating 5 to 6 years ago. We utilize their service contract every year. They do a great job, with a friendly and professional staff. We would highly recommend them for any purchase or service required.

I was very pleased with the service Mark provided on a Sat. morning when temps were frigid. He was pleasant, honest and quick. He would have liked to sell me a new furnace but said mine was in great shape for its age. He also recommended using cheaper filters than what I had been using due to restricted air flow saving me more money keeping my furnace working at its best.

Mark and his team are always great to work with. They are responsive, thorough, and reasonably priced. Everything you would want when dealing with an heating and cooling company.

I called B & W Heating and Cooling to do maintenance on my furnace, air conditioning unit and water heater. The serviceman that came over was very friendly and informative. He did a nice job on the installation of an expansion tank for a water heater to bring it up to code. He also found a problem with the operation of the furnace that could have potentially been very serious. The competent and reassuring serviceman was exactly what I needed to get my home back up to proper operating condition. It’s really hard to put a price on peace of mind. I can definitely say I will call B & W Heating and Cooling again next season to help keep my equipment in top operating condition.
