Jimmy was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to discuss what he saw with my system and possible needs in the future. This was an annual furnace check but he took the time to explain process, cleaned up after and was very friendly and positive! I have used McNallys for years and their technicians are top notch!

Russ was wonderful! he accommodated us with our Busy schedule and showed up on time. Russ took his time explaining the Heating & AC systems options, as well as what worked best for our size home.

Furnace went down, and of course a cold snap hits. I looked at several companies and Jeff gave me the most detailed explanation of how the different systems worked and possible configurations. He was able to get technicians here the next day, which was awesome as our bedroom was down to the lower 50's. Matt and Garrett were very professional and did an awesome job! I am a plumbing contractor, so I see HVAC installs all the time, and this was one of the nicest installs I have ever seen. Joints and seams were caulked. All the wiring and venting was neat and organized. Throw in a system that is ridiculously smarter, more efficient & quieter, I could not be happier!

Extremely professional and nice to my dogs too! Cody and Charles had quite the job to do here and they did great!
