On one of the coldest days ending 2022, when HVAC companies are very busy, McNally's was quick to respond and actually arrived earlier than expected (arriving the same day I called). McNally's was the 2nd company I called (the first was booked for next 3 days). Considering the work was an emergency, the price was very fair and I did not feel gouged (my heating unit was still working but was struggling and was making a noise which was concerning). My unit just needed some minor maintenance and cleaning and is now working great. I was so happy with the service and the professionalism of the tech that I signed up for their regular maintenance program. I've been looking to do that but have been putting it off because I've never really been happy with prior companies. I finally found a good HVAC service provider. I'm a construction professional and a licensed architect. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company for your home HVAC needs.

McNallys is a fantastic company. Esteban was an excellent technician. HVAC went out late at night when it was 20 degrees out and Esteban came out within an hour and not only did the repair but made sure everything else was in working order. Fantastic customer service. This is the second time I’ve used McNally’s for furnace issues. Esteban came out promptly, found the problem, and fixed it. I decided to sign up for their maintenance service for furnace and air conditioner, too.

Hopefully he will become an installer and can install my heating and air in the future. I'm very happy with the sales rep Jeff & service I got from McNally's Heating & Cooling Service Tech guys: Pete, Tyler & Kyle. They replaced my 21 years old furnace and AC unit and replace it with a Lennox Signature-Line Ultra High-Efficiency units. Never seen an entire HVAC system installed so quickly. Very Professional and Clean work. Didn't leave anything half done. Highly recommended and very reasonable in pricing. 5 Stars.
