McNally's Heating and Cooling

We had an emergency with the AC gone out with very hot Temps and bad air quality and my 89 year old mom who has asthma. They came out that afternoon to diagnose the problem, ordered the part needed and came back the following day to install. Very pleased with their service.

I wish I could give this company a lot more than 5 stars! There was nothing not to like! The two young men that came to clean out the dryer vent were so nice, did an absolutely great job, including cleaning up afterwards, and even replaced the vent pipe for free. I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you want quality work from a company that believes in good service and hiring people that do them proud, then this is the company to call!

Flawless, from start to finish. Knowledgeable sales, upfront and without any pressure. Professional and courteous install crew. Everything was done in a timely manner, I could not think of anything I'd wish improved. I especially appreciate that install crew took their time explaining and demonstrating every aspect of my new system, answering all the questions I had. Great job!

McNally’s techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and show before and after pics of what has been completed during their visit. Truly appreciate them and the work they do. Definitely recommend.

I recently had my entire AC system go down. McNally’s was super quick to come out and let us know what our options were. The sales rep Russ was great in explaining all the options and what we were getting with each one. As someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems, I left this meeting with a great understanding of the systems. The prices were also incredibly competitive and part of the reason we chose them on top of their high reputation.

When it came to installation, the professionalism and expertise was just as high. Tyler, Steve, and Garrett did a fantastic job of installing the entire system in one day. After they finished the install, and a long day in no AC, they took the extra time to walk us through how the system works and the important things for us to know.

I cannot recommend McNally’s enough! The overall experience we had was fantastic and made a bad situation (AC out) into a good one. I look forward to having McNallys as my HVAC choice for years to come!

I called McNally’s because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. It was very easy to schedule. Angel arrived in a timely manner and was awesome. It was not an easy job, both because it’s installed close to the water heater, and also because we were dealing with a home warranty company, which was not easy to deal with at all. Angel was extremely patient, conscientious, and did a really great job. We will certainly be using McNally’s again for maintenance, etc..

First experience ever with “duct cleaning “ new home owner and skeptical seeing hindered of social media post and offerings for this service. Went with McNally’s based on reviews. WOW spot on ! Cody and Charles were phenomenal . Explained everything , did a stellar job , not one fleck Of dust or dirt anywhere. Complete 3000 Sq ft house in about 3 hours. We could immediately tell the difference. New home owners so we didn’t know how long or if it had ever been done. Absolutely fantastic service from those guys. Will continue to use and recommend McNallys with highest regards.

We just changed over to McNally’s from a competitor and could not be happier. Over the past 7 years we’ve had a variety of HVAC issues and the competitor simply could not discover the cause or remediate the primary problem, a vent and duct that just would not function. After considerable frustration, we called in McNally’s to troubleshoot. In addition to addressing a separate concern that the prior company failed to properly diagnose, Russ Downs and his team found the root cause of the vent issue in about 20 minutes. Our home is now comfortable and we couldn’t be happier. The install team for our new A/C unit was exceptionally professional and even locked up our home for us during an unexpected and unrelated family emergency. McNally’s is that rare company that hasn’t forgotten what makes a great company…that is, great, qualified, happy employees. Highly recommend!

Bought a new thermostat, furnace, and a/c through Russ at McNallys. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and offered us a very competitive price with quick installation. Could not be happier with the quality and of these units. Ask for Russ!
