McNally's Heating and Cooling

We had a nice experience with the technician, Cody. As a first time customer, I am satisfied with the service provided by McNally's. And will definitely call them again whenever we need a service. Our technician, Cody is very considerate as he wears shoe covers whenever coming into the house. He never leaves the dry wall dust in the floor. He makes sure he puts everything back in place. And since we are not knowledgable with vents and stuff, he explains clearly and nicely every questions I asked. Overall, I think our heating/cooling system improved after the service. Thank you!

Excellent service. Tyler and Steve installed a new furnace and AC for us. They were professional, courteous, and informative. They left their work areas neater/cleaner than they found them. Highly recommend.

Craig came out and gave us an estimate on a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and thermostat and was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We purchased a whole new system and set up the install for the next day at 9:30.

That day, the install team showed up promptly at 9:30, giving us a heads up call about 30 minutes earlier. Pete, Ryan, and Garrett were awesome. I felt terrible for Ryan as he was stuck installing the AC unit on a very cold day, but he did a great job. Pete was so nice and the new furnace is doing great. He explained everything very well and took his time going over everything until he knew we were comfortable and understood. Especially our favorite part, the new Lennox thermostat Garrett installed. That thing just looks cool. Guys did such a good job on such a cold day, I couldn’t be more happy. 10/10 I would recommend!

McNally’s has come through again! Angel did a great job installing a new thermostat for us! He was very efficient with his time and knowledgeable about the product that was installed. Also took the time to explain the functions of the system. Great service from the ladies in the office too! Thank you!

Cody was every bit the professional; confident, knowledgeable and organized. He explained what he was doing. He was quiet and alerted us when the machine was to be turned on. He was friendly, but not familiar. This is our 2nd experience with McNally & Cody. We highly recommend both the company and the technician!

The service technician, Esteban, was extremely knowledgeable and professional arriving right on time. I had a replacement humidifier installed which works great. Esteban took the time to explain the installation answering my questions. Esteban was very thorough testing all the components after installation leaving the area around the furnace was very clean. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC work.

Kyle was outstanding today! He was an answer to our prayers!
He was quite professional, and very informative as he told us what the cause of the problem was, and then quickly fixed it. He also provided a top quality cleaning and inspection.
Then he provided us with a detailed summary of it all!
This is a top-notch company, and he is a valued employee!

Really great job! We are very satisfied! Cody was prompt and very respectful covering floors and not tracking the outdoors in. He took some before and after pictures which verified our decision to do this duct cleaning. We think it’s already making a difference!

Cody cleaned the air ducts.
He was here right on time, even a bit early. He’d called to see if that was ok.
He was very thorough and neat.
When he left there was no sign of the service except clean vents.
Our cats were terrified of the noise but he was careful to watch where they had run off to.
I highly recommend his work.

Fantastic service from beginning to end! My sakes guy Russ was super knowledgeable, responsive, and quick to ensure great value with the pricing. My install crew of Tyler/Garrett/Steve was on time, thorough, professional, friendly and they enjoy their job and working with each other which is refreshing.
