From first contact, my experience was amazing. I had the pleasure of having Esteban B. and Max to work with. Friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. To install my thermostat, 30 min. in and out. Esteban and Max answered all my questions, helped me set up my new equipment, and ensured I was satisfied with their work. I am 100% satisfied! I will use them again and will tell my friends and family of my wonderful experience!!!

Edit: Max came to my place, on time, and with time to spare. Max was very professional and efficient .

Cody was on time and called ahead to confirm the appointment. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He did a great job cleaning the clothes dryer vent. Very happy with the service.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from McNally’s! The team I had was great! My furnace quit working and they installed a whole new system the next day—only 2 days before a snow storm and freezing temps!! Thank you Esteban, Jimmy, Lou, Tyler, and Garrett!

Jimmy came out next day to fix my A/C. He gave honest advice and answered all of my questions. Not sure how the price compares but either way it was a great experience and I will be calling in the future.

4/26/2023- Cody came out today to clean our vents. We were messaged when he would arrive and was right on time. He was very polite, professional, punctual and he explained the process clearly. Cody gave us instructions to check the furnace filter in a week for buildup after the duct cleaning process. We could not have asked for a better tech for the duct cleaning appointment.

3/29/2023- Craig our sales rep answered all of our questions clearly and gave us multiple options for a new HVAC system. The sales process was straightforward and never felt pressured. Craig was able to get the install scheduled for the same day.
Our new furnace and A/C unit were installed by Pete, Ryan and Adam. The install crew explained everything and made the whole process a breeze. The installers were consummate professionals. I proactively recommend McNally's to family and friends alike.

Garret came by to service our air conditioning unit. Excellent service! Very courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he worked on in detail and told us his recommendations. I will definitely recommend McNally's to family and friends.

I had a great experience after my furnace died in the cold. Mark was out within an hour and gave me a very fair, straightforward, and low pressure quote. He answered all my follow up texts promptly and was able to rearrange jobs to get my install done the following day. The installers were prompt, friendly, neat, and professional. I forgot they were in the house. I highly recommend.

Pete & Ryan were polite and efficient. Got everything done quickly and left the place cleaner than it was when they got here. Excellent work.

Mark Estrada with sales was great to work with to learn options and costs for replacing our furnace and a/c, meeting with us was scheduled quickly and he provided a quote for several options. McNally's was more than competitive with pricing, and contracting and scheduling was quick and easy. Today our installers were Tyler and Paul, they arrived on time and worked non-stop removing our old furnace and a/c and installing the new system. The install was done without issue, everything was cleaned up, cleaner than when they arrived :). The install itself is "clean and nice looking", the ductwork was done thoughtfully and is nice looking - great craftsmanship! It's a Lennox system, one of the best, will have many years of good heat and a/c. Thanks!

I wanted a Lennox furnace as I have had excellent experience with their products since 1977. I contacted two local Lennox dealers for quotes. McNally’s quote was comprehensive and well explained, and roughly $3,000 less than their competitor. The installation team of Garrett and Sebastian was on time, professional, and courteous. An excellent experience.

They were wonderful! We got quotes from a few different places. McNally’s people were the most clear and the least pushy. We understood our options and what the current problem was because of their clarity. Their pricing was also the best value. We appreciated how not pushy they were and they did a great job installing our furnace too!
