Service Technician, Brenden, was excellent. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave advice on steps I should take on checking and monitoring the use of my system so see if things are going wrong. He put on and removed his booties every time he left the house and returned. He had a very pleasant and friendly demeanor.

Max B. did an excellent job. He was quick, honest, and precise with his diagnostics! Got our A/C unit up and running in no time for a fair price.

Best ever. Called at 5am today and they called back promptly and said 1-3. Then called 30 mins later to say they had 9:30-12. Then, Esteban showed up 5 mins before 9:30. Esteban was great, super professional, explained everything and kept price in mind. First experience with this company and I highly recommend.

Esteban was great. He showed each issue immediately upon discovery before moving forward. He was thorough in his explanations for cause and effects.
He was early too which definitely helps.

Cody did a great job and was very thorough. He was patient with my million questions, and he did a great job explaining and accommodated us with starting my husband's office first since he works from home. I appreciated the before and after pictures as well of our main supply.

Jim the tech took extra time to help me label each AC unit (we are commercial) to correspond with the inside thermostats, so when I have a problem I know which unit to tell them that is having issues. (This was not what he was out for) He also took the time to explain about different AC units for my own home, and what to look for. Never made me feel rushed. We will be continuing to keep using McNally's!

We have used McNally’s for a number of years, for maintenance as well as new installation, and have received quality service from pleasant and knowledgeable technicians. Sebastian, our most recent service person, was no exception.

Jay came out on Tuesday afternoon to look at our old furnace and based on age and repair cost we decided that replacing the entire unit was more cost effective. That same evening Mark came out to quote the unit and was so helpful in explaining the whole process. On Thursday Matt, Paul and Kyle came out to install our furnace and I cannot say enough good things about them! They were professional, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond all my expectations and I would highly recommend McNallys crew to anyone. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

Cody did a great job cleaning our house air ducts (for the first time in 20 years!). He was efficient and courteous and gave us a good overview of what he had done. Stellar service!
