Esteban came to do the maintenance on our A/C Unit as well as checked our furnace. He was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!! We love McNallys!

I used McNally's at my old home to install a new HVAC system as well as they maintain my existing system in my new home. This has been the best company to work with. The technicians take time to explain to me what is going on, their maintenance plan is very cost effective and keeps my system running top notch.

McNally’s came out to fix our furnace on an emergency basis on one of the coldest days this year. They were really prompt and helpful even though they were definitely busy with emergencies all day. Our technician, Brenden, took the time to look over our whole system and explain everything while he was working, caught some things that were never taken care of during routine maintenance by another company earlier this year. I highly recommend this company!

We purchased our home in a 55 and over community in July 2017. Being experienced homeowners we know that things just wear out over time, and we all deal with maintenance, repair, and replacement issues. Unfortunately that inevitable fact came true between Thanksgiving & Christmas 2022. Perfect Timing Right! Without mentioning specific names, we were unimpressed with the service and care from the HVAC company that the previous owners had used, despite them working on many of the homes in this community. Our home had the original Lennox Heating and Cooling systems when it was built in 2005. Both operated for 17 years so their reliability stood the test of time. We decided that Lennox would be our product of choice if we ever needed to replace them. Being relatively new to Kane County we decided to select a different HVAC company for service. We are ones who do considerable research before making important decisions, especially when it comes to big-ticket items. That search quickly led us to McNally's Heating & Cooling. After reading many of the hundreds of 5-Star reviews, an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, locally owned and operated, and having 25 years of experience was impressive enough, but being voted the Best Heating and A/C Company in Kane County for 2021 and 2022 was the icing on the cake. I know from personal experience you don't receive awards like that and great reviews unless they are well deserved. Let's say McNally's definitely did not disappoint. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. We had a friendly initial call to discuss our specific issues. She was most accommodating and promptly scheduled our service call with a technician. Esteban performed a thorough inspection of our systems, and explained everything in great detail all while being right next to him. Based on his vast knowledge, experience, honesty, and fine work ethic, we were confident in his analysis when telling us that our systems were at the end of their life span. He coordinated our meeting with Mark who walked us through the selection of Lennox systems that would best fit our needs, budget, and the square footage of our home. We chose the Elite Series for Heating and Cooling, an Aprilaire Humidifier, and an Ecobee Thermostat. Don and Adam performed our entire installation in just one day. The entire staff at McNally's are friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, on-time, efficient, and very respectful of your property. All were engaging, and really took the time to answer all of our questions It's no surprise that McNally's was rated the Best in Kane County for 2021 and 2022. Well it's been 60 days since our installation, and so far all is functioning well. We are happy to say that we made the right choice, and have recommended McNally's to many of our friends, family, and neighbors. We think you're well on your way to being the Best in 2023.

Esteban and Evan spent the entire morning here installing a new AC and coaching us on what to look for going forward with an old furnace and 2nd AC. Looking forward to working with them and McNallys to keep things running properly.

The guys, Cody and Charles did an awesome job. They made me feel at ease at having my air ducts cleaned. I can really tell a big difference after the work was done.
The air quality has improved. They took some pictures of before and after; I couldn't believe how dirty they have become.

Everything was efficient and tidy! Cody was our tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable and got to work right away. We are very happy with the service and quality of work we received!
