The A/C of course goes out when it's 90 every day! In an emergency situation McNallys prioritized our request and Russ was out immediately. From his knowledge and service, to the installers attention to detail....we are thrilled with the end result and will be ready to call back in 20 years for the next Lennox HVAC system!

I recieved excellent service from Esteban. He was timely, professional and friendly. I was very satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience.

Esteben was professional, courteus, and educated me every step of the way. I have had numerous hvac companies come out offering Sudo solutions that didn't make sense and Esteban really gave no BS to fix all the issues.

They instslled my a/c and have maintained it now for 3 years. They come back every 6 months to clean a/c or furnace. Thoroughly cleaned and ready for another season.

I would like to say that before I contacted McNally's, I thoroughly read all the previous reviews here and because of the these reviews are the reasons why wanted to trust in the company. I am very glad that I did because John was very courteous to call me before hand and notify me of his arrival. John was very professionally knowledgeable in what he was looking for and he gave some great educational information to furnace filters as I am a new homeowner. John was very patient with my questions and answered them thorough. If you are looking to hire a great HVAC company with awesome employees then look no further. And I didn't get paid or sponsored to say this, if someone is thinking that.

Extremely happy with the service that Allan provided! Came out the same day (30 minutes after calling!) for initial problem (AC motor wasn't working), gave lots of updates about what the issues could be, what he is trying to fix it, and gave updates over the phone the following days when parts would arrive. In the end the final bill was lower than quoted at first, which was awesome. We used a different company before but McNally's will definitely be the first ones we call next time we have an issue with our AC/furnace.

Angel reinstall my Nest Thermostat that was not properly installed. He was informative and kind. In/out in less than an hour.
