If anyone needs a new furnace, go with McNally's Heating & Cooling in St. Charles. They have a phenomenal staff that is extremely helpful. Craig came out to our house at 8:30pm to get the measurements for our furnace and air conditioner, so they could be put in the next day. The technicians, Matt & Paul were extraordinary at putting in the new system. I currently have my furnace set at 65 and it's still too hot in the house! This is going to decrease our bills tremendously. I couldn't be happier with the company, the staff, and the install. I will be a lifelong customer!

Angel was here today and performed maintenance on our A/C. He was thorough and professional and was able to quickly figure out an issue we had with our heater as well. We recommend MaNallys to anyone looking.

Very happy with the experience from the call to the invoice. They lay down a cloth to walk and roll eq. on. They were careful about taking vents off in my older home and installed them back on better than before. I like that they have clean nice work vehicles and are local to my neighborhood, their shop is 5 mins away. Definitely going to use them to install a humidifier.

First, Brian the owner is always available to meet and exceed the needs of his customers. Today, Esteban, a Sr. Tech completed annual HVAC maintenance. Esteban was early and kind. He completed the maintenance and explained everything he was doing and why. He assured me that my system was good to go and he is just a fantastic person. Kudos to McNallys and Esteban!

Noticed my furnace wasn't working, called mcnally's and got an emergency service appointment set up in minutes. Esteban showed up a few minutes after that. He was very polite and courteous, he took care of the problem and helped me get set up for a maintenance plan to prevent future problems. He was great!

We had our HVAC ducts and dryer vent cleaned today by Cody at McNally's. He was professional, personable, and courteous. He explained the work that would be done and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.
