Our technician came to our home while we were at work and kept us in the loop as he repaired our A/C. He was very courteous and professional and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I'm very happy with my service from Gordon's Heating and Cooling. Our furnace stopped working on a very cold morning. These guys came in really fast and thankfully they were able to work on it and our morning heat was restored. Nick answered all of my questions and explained everything and I was charged just a little.
