He explained very clearly how the modulating furnace would address the performance issues that we had with our previous single stage furnace.

Today I had Kyle and Justin install a new furnace and air purifier.
They were so professional, very courteous Kyle went over everything I needed to know. Kyle said I can call anytime I have any questions and or concerns about this new installation. I am feeling very relieved and confident choosing this company was an excellent choice.
I look forward to seeing them back in the spring to install my new air conditioner unit.

For years, we have had Air Technicians maintain our furnace each fall and our A/C each summer. They are always punctual, friendly, and neat. We've also had them install a furnace at my elderly mother-in-law's house. We've been pleased to see that the loyalty goes both ways. After recent problems with our furnace, Kyle was able to diagnose a deep malfunction and suspected we had a lemon. Since the furnace was under warranty, he fought hard with the manufacturer and jumped through all their hoops to persuade them to replace the furnace at no cost to us for parts or labor. He and Bruce or another colleague were here for at least three half-days and made a special trip to get the replacement furnace quickly. We're having a warm Christmas because they stand by their work and their customers.

Have used this company over 16 years and 2 homes. I have been highly satisfied on both a professional and personal concern basis. I just had them install a new A/C and Respicaire Air Sterilizer UV system.Recommend them highly!

Failed to correctly diagnose/repair our 2014 furnace. Only checked it up to 63F and of course the furnace continues to shut down beyond 63F. Tried to tell us it was a thermostat programming issue that kept shutting the furnace down prematurely. So here we are without heat. BIG FAIL. Incompetent and crooked. They dont guarantee their work, either...most other companies do for at least 30 days, but not this outfit.

We have used Air Technicians for several years for servicing our HVAC units at our house. They have recently installed zone heating/cooling. The entire team is friendly, prompt and does great work. I would suggest using them for all of your HVAC needs.

I called after hours on a Sunday, when problem occured. Got a call back in the morning by 8:00am, and the they were here by 9:00am. Great service and fixed by 10:30am. Great service by Kyle and would use them again.
