Dave installed an air conditioner and furnace for us. While the price was higher than most the quality was good. We had warranty issues and due to his slow response we had to find another provider. Just three days ago during sub-zero temps we called him because the furnace wasn’t lighting. The temp was dropping about ten degrees an hour and we said it was an emergency because very small children (including an infant) were in the house. He said he wasn’t coming out because we used someone else before. Very very poor professionalism. Additionally he won’t give out his mobile number for emergencies and takes days sometimes to get a response from him.

Dave was fantastic. He was accomodating to our schedule. Worked well with our insurance adjuster. He swiftly fixed/replaced our AC unit in the time he said he would. His pricing was better than the three other quotes we received. They cleaned everything up, and called the next day to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend their service.

Dave was out to service my 20 year old unit as soon as the thunderstorms passed. He was courteous and efficient in assessing our AC unit's needs. He also explained what he was doing and what charges were for the services. I prefer that to just being handed a bill.

What a life saver!!! Called at 10:30 am when the furnace went out, Dave arrived before 12:30 and finished by 1:30. Everything is toasty warm now. Professional and so nice. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know! Thanks a million times over.

I called for service and they actually gave me some tips that fixed my problem. Rather then sending out someone and charging for a simple fix. Honest guys.
