Tom is great to work with. He has been taking care of us for years. I would highly recommend him. He is extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. His rates are fantastic and he stands by his work. He will definitely go above and beyond for you. Next time you are looking for someone to service your home. I would definitely say call Tom. We won't call anyone else for our home or business.

So far so good! Tom & his crew just finished up installation of a new Goodman AC and Furnace plus a media filter and took the old equipment away. He even helped our old AC limp along a few more days with a coolant top-off until we could get the new stuff installed, nobody else who gave me a quote offered to do that.

I found them to be professional and straightforward to work with. Tom kept me in the loop about what was happening and when, and they were great about answering questions because I'm nosy and curious about HVAC stuff. Their work looks clean and orderly, they cleaned up the workspace thoroughly after they were done.

Tom, his son, and their trainee were here several times throughout the process and they were very friendly and considerate of our property and everyone in it, including small children and large dogs.

They hit a couple snags with the AC not working like it should at first and Tom was very responsive about checking back on it to be sure everything was good after they got it working properly. He gave me a price break for the inconvenience of not having AC for the first night like they planned, and apologized that it wasn't ideal the first time, which was important to me.

I don't expect everything to go perfectly on a job with as many details as removing a 24 year old HVAC system and installing a new one. I just expect that if there are issues, you're committed to making it right. I felt that they did that.

As long as everything holds up and keeps operating like it should, I'm very happy! I plan on using them again.

Tom and his team are great to work with. Everything discussed was always clear and direct and he did a wonderful job with our HVAC. Will recommend to all family and friends!

Tom's a GREAT person! Very knowledgeable, pay no attention to Quinn's review. He submitted the exact same "complaint" about another HVAC guy's driving in the same exact snow storm, road rage isn't grounds for bashing someone's livelihood.

Not sure who the guy was, but he was incredibly rude to me in a store and extremely rude to the casheir he checked out with. Glad i saw him get in the van with the logo, its such good marketing to employ dirtballs

Tom is a loose cannon. He drives like a manic. Tails people and weaves through traffic in a snow storm during rush hour. Stay away from this wild card!
