Had an emergency with the AC going out. Mike fit us into his route, was by within a couple hours, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in 20 minutes max. Very reasonable, great service and great guy! Next time we need AC/Heating work will be giving him a call. Thank you for the top notch service!!!

I've never written a review like this (good or bad). But in these current times, when many people are finding things to get angry/upset over, I wanted to highlight my POSITIVE experience with Morozko. My A/C went out yesterday. You know that feeling, when the thought of spending huge dollars on a repair company, gives you an ulcer? Everyone knows they will eventually need to call a repairman. But the whole uncertainty of costs, and fear of getting ripped off, can be so so so stressful.

But once the temperature gets to a certain level, you bite the bullet, check your bank account, and make that phone call. I picked Morozko, because he seemed close to my location, and all the reviews seemed so favorable. (But you never really know for sure, right?)

After a 4-minute phone call, he helped me diagnose the problem, over the phone, for free. He doesn't know me. We're not long-time family friends. Who does that? He could have easily, scheduled the appointment, come to my house, fidget around with his toolbox for a few minutes, and charged me $100-$200, and I wouldn't have known the difference.

But he didn't.

And THIS is what separates honesty guys (like Morozko), and others who are willing to rip people off. From that 4-minute phone call, he has basically ensured that I will call Morozko when it's time to replace my Heating or A/C units. (FYI -My units are over 20 years old, so that replacement time is coming pretty soon. I'm basically on borrowed time at this point.)

But I digress...

My point is. Call this guy when you have a problem with your HVAC system. This is some assurance that he's one of the "good guys" out there.

If you're looking for an experienced and reliable professional who gives fair and honest service, Morozko HVAC is who you're looking for. Mike did an amazing job diagnosing our air conditioners issue, we talked through the options and expectations, and then he fixed the problem on the game plan we chose at a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. Thanks Mike!

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Has done several jobs for us and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. He is honest and has always done right by us and everyone we have recommended him to! He even came out on the weekend when our air went out. Thank you Morozko Heating & Air!!
