Gordon's Heating and Cooling

I have called this company to come out and check the furnace, they gave me a window between 1pm and 4pm, I have asked the tenants to be there which made them cancel their work that day, I called them back at 3pm and the representative told me that the technician manager will call me back, I waited for 2 hours and no one did.
I called them back and the rep clearly told me that she could not get a hold of the technician and/or manager, what company will do that?
One more thing that they told me they will take $89 to check it out, and it won't be towards any repairs which is not common with other companies.
I will never to call them again and I just wanted to warn people about the unprofessionalism of this company.
Note: I told the rep that I will write a review on google about my experience and she did not care, I guess they do not care about their customers at all.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling has always been outstanding in sending someone out to take a look at AC or heating issues when we have called them. Managing several properties, this is very important to us. Joe and Sharon have always called to let us know what the problem is and to request authorization to fix before actually performing the fix which we also appreciate very much.

A cap flew off a roof vent. Gordon’s came out as promised and fix the vent quickly. Very polite technician.

I called to make an appointment to repair my AC unit and was told someone would be out between 10am and 1pm. No one ever showed up and I did not receive any call about my service. When I called to cancel and explain that no one showed up, no apology or explanation was given. The woman on the phone simply said, " The appointment has been cancled for you. Goodbye" Extremely unprofessional and rude. I wasted my entire morning waiting for them when I could have hired another company. Would not recommend this business

I have used this company before and they are very professional. They came on time and sorted out my problem. I would highly recommend them and a future customer who wants their heating and cooling service done.

I've used several other HVAC repair and maintenance companies. Eric and Fred are always prompt in responding and arriving when they say they will. They are always upfront about the issues and provide you with options. I've never been overcharged before. Give these guys a call the next time you require HVAC assistance.

I called Gordon's Heating and Cooling in the morning, as soon as my mom let me know her air was out on a hot day. A friendly rep at Gordon's assured me that they would get someone out to her house within a couple hours to diagnose and fix the problem. He even convinced me to sign up for their "Premium Membership Agreement" to help avoid the cost of sending someone out on a Sunday. Everything seemed great! I went to mom's house and waited for my service person to contact me and arrive. First, I was told between noon and 2pm, then 2 and 4 pm, then 4 and 6pm. I called the office after 6 to see if a service person was still coming. I was told that they lost contact with their service team and they might be able to get someone out there tomorrow. Meanwhile, mom is still sweating it out. I respectfully let them know I was disappointed and asked to cancel my "Premium Membership Agreement". The rep on the line was apologetic and respectful and cancelled my membership. They seem like nice people, but good luck getting service on a weekend. I'd go elsewhere.

Great services from Gordon's Heating and Cooling team. They came and gave me free estimate and were honest about what went wrong with my heating system without any expectations of trying to sell their services. When I made the decision to use their services, they came right away and replaced a new furnace. Highly recommend this business. Thank you all again for being so prompt about everything!

Gordon's Heating and Cooling did a great job when they came to service my furnace. They went above & beyond adjusting all my vents for the best air flow. Now the house warms up quickly and the upstairs & downstairs are always the same temp. Before the upstairs would get much warmer when the downstairs was finally comfortable. The Gordon's Heating and Cooling Guys ROCK!!!

We had the best experience ever working with Gordon's Heating and Cooling. Gordon was very considerate, polished, and very sober in answering all my questions to my satisfaction. They replaced my old furnace with a new one that has even more alternatives at a very realistic time and price. I could not be delighted any more!!
