I've been with Five Star since they installed my A/C Unit four years ago. They consistently provide timely and professional service. I had a problem this week. Anthony diagnosed the issue, part was ordered, and Quincy came out the next day to fix the unit. Very personable and professional technicians. I have their service plan so labor was covered and the part was under warranty. A+ rating!

Five Star just installed a new air conditioner/furnace. They did a terrific job and even came back a month later to ensure all is working correctly. Isaac is excellent! Very meticulous. Quincy, Miguel, Dave and Christian also were helpful.

I've worked with Five Star for many years now and most recently have had a Mitsubishi air conditioning system installed in the first floor of my home. Dave and Adam were the installers and did a very nice job. They were efficient, thorough and polite. I've also worked with Bill for many years, and (other) Dave who has serviced my upstairs AC system for several years. I have been very happy working with all of these gentlemen and feel that the service that is provided is both professional and of the utmost quality.

Our experience with Five Star has been five stars. Bill did a great job explaining our options. Dave and Adam did a great job replacing our furnace in a difficult location. Very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Our system works better than we had hoped.

Furnace was making a noise that google said wasn’t good. Bill was able to come out the same day I had called. He checked with the office to make sure they’re able to address the problem before telling me that I nags a major issue at hand. He was very thorough in providing me with the options and why certain options were better. Even took the safety measure to shut off furnace to ensure that I would be okay. Dave and Adam came out to install. All went smoothly. Even fixed issues with the water heater that I didn’t even know about. I wasn’t over charged the final price was even lower than the estimate. They installed a thermostat of my choice that I didn’t buy through them. My house was spotless when they left. I highly recommend Five Star!

The whole experience was exceptional, from the moment I called for appointment. They are highly professional, prompt and efficient. I got really good price for the service too. Highly recommend.

Five Star Heating & Air, Inc. personnel have twice provided excellent service in a professional and courteous manner. I will not hesitate to contact them for any HVAC requirements in the future.

We have been using them for 20+ years. Always great service by very nice techs and office staff. Today our AC went out, and it’s a “real feel” of 96 right now and was 81 and rising inside. They had a tech finishing up a call in the area and he was at my house in less than an hour. Thankfully they only had to replace a part, and we are cooling off now.
