What a nice experience I had with this company. Quincy, my technician, responded promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly figured out and clearly explained why my A/C wasn't working, gave me three options without attempting to sell me anything, and helped me make my own informed decision. Our AC wasn’t cooling very well so we called around looking for a company that could send someone out. 5 star was the most affordable and fastest. The tech who visited us, Quincy, was timely and very thoroughly explained all our options and the work he was doing.
