We recently had a new system installed by Five Star and the service was top notch. Our old system was showing it's age and had some issues from a previous company. Bill worked with us to create a great system including a furnace, a/c and hot water heater. He worked with me on pricing and answered my countless questions and concerns as this is a large purchase for me. The installation looks fantastic and much cleaner than our previous setup. All the installers were very polite and left no mess. Barb helped us get on the correct service plan. Highly recommend.

Five Star replaced an old HVAC/furnace at our church with a new Trane HVAC & RunTru furnace. They did extensive duct work along with relocation of gas & electric. Sales rep, Bill, and Isaac & crew (installation), were very professional. We are very satisfied with the quality work they did, and highly recommend them.

Leaking pipes and humidifier. Diagnostic confirmation required much input and persistence from client. Even then repairs resulted in only a 90% improved in leaks.
