Five star has always done our annual maintenance on our furnace/AC. When they told us our furnace was about to go out, they gave us options instead of immediately telling us to replace it. Their front office helped us through the finance process and the crew was at our home the next day to install and set up our new furnace. They were on time, clean, professional and wonderful. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a good HVAC company.

The installers, Michael, Christian and Isaac were extremely courteous/professional, respectful of my home, and left my home clean after the install. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood everything before they departed. They noticed my gas valve needed replacing and just did it. Great group of professionals!!

We have used Five Star Heating for a few years to service our aging equipment. This year our HV/AC was 20 years old and, because we don't like surprises, we decided to get new units. We called Five Star and a well-known provider. Five Star was less costly, and we had already experienced their service, so we decided to go with them.
This is a big financial commitment, so we wanted to make sure it was done right the first time. The two servicemen, Dave and Adam, that were doing the installation were polite, informative and diligent. They even talked to our cat. They were neat and used drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up after themselves.
We would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer for 5 years. I initially found them for AC repair, and have been using ever since for annual AC and Furnace checkups. They have a great plan available for that. I also hired them to install a garage heater.

Jimmy R was extremely knowledgeable on the entire heating unit, maintenance being done, and even provided first-hand experiences. He alerted me to a few areas of concern around/in my unit and explained each one of them thoroughly. He then promptly serviced everything without any issues or complications. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performed service and I already scheduled an A/C service prior to Summer 2023.
