Five Star is the best heating and air conditioning company that I have ever worked with and the last. Five Star installed a new Air Conditioning system and Air Scrubber in my home this summer. It started with Bill in sales; he made you feel comfortable from the beginning; Bill was knowledgeable gave you everything you need to know to make an informed decision. I had a home warranty (which I have since canceled), and they advised me to replace the system last year, and I received two quotes at that time but did not feel they had my best interest in mind; it had nothing to do with the price I did not feel comfortable. So I can say that the pricing from Five Star was very fair.
Dave, our technician, and his assistant were fantastic; their performance and installation were impeccable. It was not a typical install. We moved the air-conditioning unit, which required additional work on their part inside and outside.
I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services, you will not be disappointed. I know I will never use anyone else again!

The reason our review will be very helpful to any potential clients of this business is because we were in a very desperate situation due to the fact that we had a problem with A/C during the past season in a newly bought house. We were using a a small business who not only kept coming trying to figure out the problem but also during that process charged us $2,500.00 and the system still didn’t work starting this season.
We are extremely satisfied with 5 Star , the technician Marty was very knowledgeable, experienced and competent. He explained every step of his diagnostic work and resolved the issues during one visit.
We wish we were to have hired them to begin with, but the other business was recommended by the first technician who at least was honest and after two visits he said he was not able or qualified to resolve the issue. LOOK NO FARTHER THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY WITH THE BEST TECHNICIANS AND THE EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS. We are speaking from experience and want this review to help people in avoiding to deal with a random guys.

Our technician Quincy was very thorough and helpful and did a great job installing our new humidifier onto our furniture.

A good friend of mine had a great experience with Five Star, so I didn't hesitate to give them a call when I wanted to replace my furnace and AC. Bill was so very helpful as we went through my options. I thought the pricing was very fair. My install technicians were Dave and Adam, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They were prompt, thorough and definitely took great pride in their work. My new furnace and duct work is so well organized, it's like a piece of art! Dave , Adam and Bill also helped with a last-minute replacement of a leaking water heater, which could have been a real problem. I couldn't be more grateful.

In sum, I'm so very glad I decided to take my friend's advice and call Five Star. I will be joining their maintenance program for all my new equipment, so I look forward to a long and happy service relationship with them.

What Five Star definitely deserves a 5 stars rating and so does the service man that performed the service also deserves 5 stars.

Five Star is a great company that knows what it's like to run a well run organization. Quincy is extremely professional and very informative! I would strongly recommend this business.

We hired 5 Star Heating and Air Conditioning to replace our old existing HVAC system with Trane products. Five Star was one of 7 different HVAC companies (3 Trane, 3 Carrier & 1 Heil) that we received estimates from and Five Star was about middle to low ground on their estimate. What won me over was that Bill Stuhr was one of two companies that followed up with me after the initial estimate. Bill asked if I had any questions or concerns. I negotiated the price a little with Bill and came to an agreed price of which we were both satisfied. The installation was flawless and the technicians were fantastic. All of the techs showed up on-time, were courteous and wore their masks when they arrived. We did not insist on them wearing their masks while they worked as it was very involved cumbersome work. Today was the post-install inspection by another Five Star tech to validate the system is running optimally and to answer any questions or concerns. This is amazing service and the tech made a few adjustments which has helped our A/C run more effectively in the hot weather. This post-install checkup is about 3 weeks post install. I am incredibly happy with our new Trane HVAC system and the people who run Five Star Heating and Air Conditioning. 5 Stars for amazing service

Big win for the FiveStar team !!
When our previous Hvac people dropped the ball, Dave the service manager took our service request and ran with it. He checked through our system, found the problem and helped us with an irritating problem with our two year old AC unit.
Then Isaac (installer) came to complete the repair and continued the same great service that Dave had given us.
Thank you to everyone that helped us with our situation ! From the office staff with pleasant customer service and skilled project management, to the excellent problem solving skills of the service team. Everyone exceeded our expectations. My wife and I will be customers of FiveStar for many years to come !
